I could only stomach 1/3rd of this book before skimming through the remaining chapters. This book panders to the less educated by constantly floating absurdities, such as, “let me tell you about my good friend x and how he made 500 billion dollars by never giving up”. This book provides no tangiable information. I was confused at the high average ratings until I learned Alex Becker bribed his fan base with free training sessions to leave 5 star reviews. Better skip this book and read about people’s real stories. This is a few anecdotes about the author's philosophy without a lot of hands on how to, Yes, if you persist and don;t ever quit and ignore the received wisdom and work tirelessly for 16 Hrs/day for 2-5 years on a very innovative idea in a great niche market, etc. etc. you might get a hit, but how many of us can realistically do all that? the focus on hyper-performance is a little unrealistic for many.
